Eduardo Minett is a Mexican actor and producer known for his work in film, television, and theatre. Born in Mexico in 2006, Minett began his professional career at a young age, developing an early interest in acting and the performing arts. His formative years included work in theatre and musical productions, as well as training in acting, singing, guitar, and other artistic disciplines.
Minett began appearing professionally in Mexican television and film during childhood. Among his earliest screen credits were appearances in La rosa de Guadalupe and Como dice el dicho, where he gained experience working in the format of Mexican television’s long-running anthology productions. He also appeared in the short film Nochebuena and in Ernesto Martínez Bucio’s Las razones del mundo, a Mexican short film selected for the Cinéfondation section of the Cannes Film Festival in 2016.
Minett continued working in Mexican television, appearing in productions including Papá a toda madre and La rosa de Guadalupe, before expanding his film career with The Legend of Tomiris and Matando Cabos 2, La Máscara del Máscara. His early work established him as a young performer capable of moving between television, theatre, and feature film. In 2020, Minett was cast as Rafo in Cry Macho, directed, produced, and starring Clint Eastwood.
